If you are not already a member you can still join up after the meeting! If you have already joined, but still need to pay, please bring your fee. Membership fee is $5.00. All U of S students are welcome to join this club as we are a University-wide organization!

Tox on Tap – Jean-Michel DeVink

This month’s Tox on Tap will be discussing “Hunting, Lead, Wildlife, and Human Health: A storied past and uncertain future“, lead by Jean-Michel DeVink.

Jean-Michel DeVink is an Environmental Scientist with Stantec Consulting Ltd. in Saskatoon, a recently appointed adjunct with the School of Environment and Sustainability, and an active hunter, who is passionate about wildlife ecology and the ecological effects of lead from hunting.

This event is FREE (that’s right free!) – everyone is welcome to join for a couple drinks and some scientific discussion!

Follow-Up on Necropsy Lab

WILD Seminar – Dr. Craig Stephen

The WDA is pleased to present another WILD SEMINAR!  Dr. Craig Stephen will be presenting a seminar entitled “Is herd health the key to protecting wildlife health?” Dr. Stephen is the executive director of the Canadian Wildlife Health Cooperative, and brings a wealth of experience in wildlife research and disease ecology.
